My goal as a marketing, usability, and technology professional is to identify clients' needs and develop a targeted marketing solution that will effectively deliver their messages to their target audience.

Whether the purpose of the communication piece is to train, sell, or inform--it is my job to ensure that the end-user receives the intended message quickly and easily. This is accomplished through careful project scoping and analysis of requirements, clearly understanding the client and audience, detailed planning and requirements documentation, iterative testing, and refining.

My approach to each project is to research and understand your audience(s) so that your project can be targeted toward your end-user, through consistent, user-friendly information and design. If enough time is available for your project, I am willing to speak with a sample of your end-users (or customers) to obtain feedback, perform surveys, or even administer a usability task analysis test in order to ensure that your project is developed to meet your end goal.
